By using the Maiizan Atelier website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, sizes and prices accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screens, fabrics and craftsmanship.

Prices are listed in PKR unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.

Orders

Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment or order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:

• Product unavailability.
• Incorrect pricing or product information.
• Payment issues.
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

If a paid order is cancelled by us, an applicable refund will be arranged.

Custom Orders

Custom, personalized or made-to-measure items may not be eligible for cancellation, return or exchange once production has started, except where required by applicable law or where the item is defective.

Intellectual Property

All Maiizan Atelier logos, photographs, designs, text, graphics and other original content are protected and may not be copied or commercially used without permission.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
